Si algo no te queda claro, escríbenos.
Escribe a soporte@aizoku.com y te responderemos.

Aizoku Sudoku is a game developed by GureMedia, S.L. This page explains what data the app handles, why, and who it is shared with. If anything is unclear, write to us.
The game works without an account and offline. There is no sign-up and no password. The app creates a random code and keeps it on your device. That code is the only thing identifying you, and our server only ever knows a hashed fingerprint of it. If you play the world ranking we receive that fingerprint, the name you choose and how the game went. We do not sell data, we do not build advertising profiles of our own, and we do not use the information for anything other than the ranking system.
Your preferences (language, sound, theme, auto notes) and your records are stored on your device only: they are never sent to a server and are removed if you uninstall the app. The game's own records and the world ranking are different things; what goes to the ranking is explained just below.
Only if you play the world ranking, which is part of the subscription. The rest of the game runs entirely on your device.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Fingerprint of your device code | To recognise that your scores are yours. It is not your code: it is a hash that cannot be reversed, and it says nothing about you or your device. |
| Ranking name (up to 10 letters or digits) | To show you on the leaderboard. You choose it and it can be a nickname. It is the only thing the rest of the world sees. |
| How the game went: time, hints, mistakes, whether you used Check, and the score | To rank entries and detect cheating. The score is calculated by the server, not by your phone. |
| Subscription status and purchase identifier | To confirm your access and prevent one receipt activating several players. |
We neither ask for nor store your email address, real name, postal address or location, and we do not use advertising identifiers. The server keeps IP addresses in technical logs for a short period, as any web server does, for security and diagnostics.
The subscription is purchased and billed through whichever store you installed the game from, the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card or billing details. We use RevenueCat as a technical intermediary to know whether your subscription is active. And of course, you can cancel it at any time from your account in that same store.
The game includes no advertising system at all: the breaks shown between games belong to the game itself, load nothing from the internet and do not identify you. With an active subscription those breaks no longer make you wait.
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit us. It helps us decide what to write and in which languages, nothing else. The detail is in the cookie policy.
Only the services needed to run the game: Apple and Google (subscription payments) and RevenueCat (subscription status), plus Google Analytics if you accepted the cookies on this website. Each processes data under its own policy. The game carries no advertising, so we share nothing with any ad network.
As there are no accounts, your scores are tied to the fingerprint of your device code. Sessions expire on their own after 90 days of inactivity, and they last that long even if you uninstall the game. Scores sent to the ranking are kept for as long as that ranking exists.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correct it, delete it or object to its processing. Write to soporte@aizoku.com. As there are no accounts, to find your ranking data we need the name you appear under. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we will update it and publish the new version at this same address.
